Het Maptionnaire abonnement is 12 maanden geldig en wordt automatisch verlengd. Als je het abonnement wilt beëindigen, moet je ons dat 2 maanden voor de verlengingsdatum (vermeld in het contract) laten weten. We bieden geen restitutie.

Je begint met een onboarding voor je team. Als je hulp nodig hebt, kun je het helpcentrum gebruiken of contact opnemen met support. We bieden ook trainingsservices om de capaciteit binnen je organisatie te vergroten.

Ruwe gegevens kunnen worden geëxporteerd vanuit Maptionnaire en in andere GIS- of analysesoftware worden ingevoerd. Je kunt ook grafieken en gegevensvisualisaties  uit Maptionnaire exporteren om op te nemen in je rapporten, om te delen met belanghebbenden.

It depends which track you're on. The Single Project option runs for a fixed 12-month term unless agreed otherwise. Unlimited Projects plans (Collect, Communicate, Enterprise) renew automatically on a one-year invoicing cycle — cancel by giving 2 months' notice before renewal. We don't offer refunds on active subscriptions.

Raw data can be exported from Maptionnaire and brought into any other GIS or analysis software, including as an Excel spreadsheet. You can also export graphs and data visualizations made in Maptionnaire to include in your reports and share with stakeholders. For Enterprise customers, we also offer an API for automatic integrations."

Yes. We can set you up with a sandbox environment for up to two weeks, free of charge, to test the full feature set. You won't be able to publish live projects during that window, but everything else is available to try. Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.

Every workspace supports unlimited administrators, and you can set up project-level sub-groups with view or edit permissions to control who can see or change what. There's no cap on how many people from your organization can have access.
